Hawkeye Football Hospitality Desk Open at Hilton Madison Monona Terrace

Private group tasting at Wisconsin Brewing Company. Please note the motor coach will leave the hotel at 1:30 pm.
6:00 pm | Pre-Dinner Drinks

October 30th – GAME DAY!
8:30 am – 10:30 am | Hawkeye Huddle Tailgate
Private Hawkeye Huddle Tailgate takes place at 1219 Regent Street in Madison. Please note the motor coach will leave the hotel at 8:00 am.
11:00 am | Kickoff – GO HAWKEYES!

45 Minutes Post-Game | Motor Coach Departure
No later than 45 minutes post-game, the motor coach will depart campus for the Hilton Madison Monona Terrace. The motor coach will post on Monroe Street, outside of Gate 1 (see below map for detailed information). If you feel you are lost or cannot find the motor coach, please contact your on-site staff.
October 31st
12:00 pm | Hotel Checkout
By 12:00 pm noon, check-out of the Hilton Madison Monona Terrace. Please settle any incidental charges you have at the front desk.

Camp Randall Stadium
Permitted items include bags no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”, clear tote (12” x 6” x 12”), 1 gallon clear plastic storage bag, binoculars (without case), cameras (lenses no longer than 4”), blankets, jackets, items related to a medical condition, seat cushions (not more than 16” wide), and diaper bags (with child).
