October 21st
12:00 pm – 3:00 pm | Hospitality Room
Hawkeye Football Hospitality Room open in the John Christie Room (401 Tower, Second Floor) in the Hilton Columbus Downtown. Join us for snacks and beverages.
2:30 pm | Ohio Stadium Tour
Private group tour of Ohio Stadium. Please note the motor coach will leave the hotel at 2:15 pm; meet in the Hospitality Room by 2:00 pm.
4:30 pm – 7:00 pm | Hospitality Room
Hawkeye Football Hospitality Room open in the John Christie Room (401 Tower, Second Floor) in the Hilton Columbus Downtown. Snacks and bar are available.
7:30 pm – 9:30 pm | Private Dinner
Private Dinner at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse. Please note the group will leave the hotel at 7:15 pm; meet in the Hospitality Room by 7:00 pm.
October 22nd – GAME DAY!
7:00 am – 8:15 am | Hospitality Room
Hawkeye Football Hospitality Room open in the John Christie Room (401 Tower, Second Floor) in the Hilton Columbus Downtown. Light breakfast and beverages are available.
9:00 am – 11:00 am | Hawkeye Huddle
The Hawkeye Huddle pregame event will take place at the Fawcett Center on the campus of The Ohio State University. Please note the motor coach will leave the hotel at 8:30 am; meet in the Hospitality Room by 8:15 am.
12:00 pm | Kickoff – GO HAWKEYES!
Iowa Hawkeyes at Ohio State Buckeyes
45 Minutes Post-Game | Motor Coach Departure
No later than 45 minutes post-game, the motor coach will depart campus for the Hilton Columbus Downtown. The motor coach will post at the Fawcett Center, where you were dropped off (see below map for detailed information). If you feel you are lost or cannot find the motor coach, please contact your on-site staff.
4:00 pm – 7:00 pm | Hospitality Room

October 23rd
7:00 am – 9:00 am | Hospitality Room
Hawkeye Football Hospitality Room open in the John Christie Room (401 Tower, Second Floor) in the Hilton Columbus Downtown. Appetizers and bar are available.
12:00 pm | Hotel Checkout
By 12:00 pm noon, check-out of the Hilton Columbus Downtown. Please settle any incidental charges you have at the front desk.
